Winemaker's Notes
"The color of this wine is very inky and shows hues of black/blue to purple. Plush aromatic notes of plum, anise, fresh blueberries, and mocha. In the mouth the fruit is bright and full of blackberry, currant and the almost Bordeaux like graphite. A mineral finish makes for a complex wine. Nuances of leather, herbs, and cedar round out the palate. The finish is full, refined, and elegant and the tannins are well integrated with a sweet Smokey smoothness and a clean soft touch of acidity. "
